These Seller Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Globelink’s platform as a seller. By registering, listing, or selling products or services on Globelink, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility
To become a seller at Globelink, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your
- Provide accurate and complete registration
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and
- Seller Registration and Approval
- All Sellers must complete the official registration process and receive written approval from Globelink before offering products.
- Sellers must provide accurate business registration details, including valid business licenses, food safety certifications, tax documentation, and any required documentation pertaining to the geography of the business.
- Globelink reserves the right to accept or reject any Seller at its sole
- Product Standards and Compliance
- All products supplied must comply with applicable local and international food safety, labeling, and packaging regulations.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring:
- Products are fresh, safe for consumption, and free from
- Labels include all required nutritional, allergen, and ingredient
- Expiry dates are clearly printed and adhere to shelf-life
- If any documentation is in a language other than English, Globelink may require a certified
- Globelink reserves the right to inspect products and facilities at any time and to suspend or terminate sellers who fail to meet compliance standards.
- Pricing and Payment Terms
- Sellers agree to provide products to Globelink at wholesale or consignment rates, as mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Payment terms will be as specified in the individual Seller Agreement, with a maximum term of Net 30 days (payment due within 30 days of the invoice). All payments are contingent upon successful delivery verification and quality assurance checks conducted by Globelink.
- Sellers must provide written notice of any proposed price changes at least 30 days before the effective date.
- Early Supporters Payment Policy
To support our early operations and maintain quality service, early supporters must provide full payment prior to shipment.
- Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Sellers must fulfill orders accurately and punctually as per the agreed delivery Fulfillment is solely the responsibility of the seller.
- Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
- Stock Availability Notification: Sellers must notify Globelink within 24 hours (or as agreed) if a product is out of stock. Failure may result in penalties or suspension.
- Order Notification: Upon receiving an order, Globelink will notify the seller within 24 hours (or as agreed).
- Confirmation Requirement: Sellers must confirm fulfillment within the next 24 hours (or as agreed). If not confirmed, the order may be canceled, and payment withheld.
- Payment Milestones:
- 50% of the payment is released upon order
- The remaining 50% is released after delivery and customer
- Non-Compliance
Failure to meet timelines or confirmation processes may result in payment delays, order cancellations, or removal from the platform.
- Product Accuracy and Representation
- All products must be accurately represented in size, color, material, and
- Size labels must conform to standard measurements, and a clear size chart must be

- Any discrepancies may lead to product rejection or termination of the Seller
- Delivery Requirements and Product Quality

- Any other documentation required by Globelink

- If product quality issues impact Globelink’s reputation, Globelink may remove products and/or
sellers without prior notice.
- Two formal warnings for quality failures will be given before removal from the
- Documentation and Compliance Requirements
- Deliveries must include all requested
- Sellers must provide a copy of their Aadhar Card for
- Additional documents may include:
- PAN Card
- TAN
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- Utility Bill
- Bank Account Details (including IFSC code)
- Product/Business Certifications
- Sellers must submit all documents promptly upon Delays may affect onboarding or platform access.
- Packaging Standards and Product Mismatches
- Sellers must provide a video demonstrating the packaging process suitable for international
- More than two mismatches in delivered items may lead to termination of the Seller
- Globelink is not liable for product mismatches or damaged
- Deliveries may be rejected if:
- They fail quality standards
- Are late or incomplete
- Include expired or damaged products
- Intellectual Property and Branding
- Sellers may not use Globelink’s brand, logo, or proprietary content without written
- Seller’s grant Globelink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product images, names, and descriptions for marketing and operations.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the seller relationship with 30 days’ written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur in cases of:
- Contract breach or food safety violations
- Fraud or unethical conduct
- Repeated delivery or quality issues
- Indemnification
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globelink from any liability arising from:
- Non-compliant or harmful products
- Regulatory breaches
- Negligence or misconduct
- Confidentiality
All pricing, agreements, and sensitive communications are confidential and may not be shared without written consent, unless required by law. Globelink may require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Globelink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the incident
- Disputes shall first be resolved If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration in Australia, under the applicable rules of an Australian legal body.
- Miscellaneous
- These Terms represent the entire agreement between the
- Waivers of any breach do not waive future
- If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in
- Shipping Charges and Minimum Order Value
- Minimum Shipping Charges by Country:
- Australia: AUD 25
- United Kingdom: GBP 15
- United States: USD 20
- Singapore: SGD 20
- Consolidated Shipping:
Customers are encouraged to order multiple items in one transaction to pay only one shipping charge per order.
- Globelink Minimum Order Policy:
Orders must meet one of the following:
- A minimum value of USD 50, or
- Pay the minimum shipping charge of AUD 25
- Marketing Plans
Globelink offers a range of Marketing Plans to support seller visibility and product sales across various geographies. Each plan includes product display, promotional benefits, payment timelines, and product amendment limits as outlined below:
- At No Cost Plan
- Product Display Limit: Up to 20 products
- Promotion: Products are promoted only on Globelink’s website
- Payment Frequency: Sales proceeds are paid once a month, excluding any applicable costs (e.g., shipping, processing fees)
- Product Amendments: No complimentary amendments included
- Bronze Plan
- Product Display Limit: Up to 200 products
- Promotion: Products promoted in three (3) countries of your choice (from the country list provided by Globelink)
- Payment Frequency: Sales proceeds paid every 2 weeks, excluding any applicable costs
- Product Amendments: Up to 25 product amendments per month at no additional cost
- Silver Plan
- Product Display Limit: Up to 500 products
- Promotion: Products marketed in five (5) countries of your choice (from the list provided)
- Payment Frequency: Sales proceeds paid every week, excluding any applicable costs
- Product Amendments: Up to 50 product amendments per month at no additional cost
- Gold Plan
- Product Display Limit: Up to 1,000 products
- Promotion: Products marketed in all supported countries (as per Globelink’s current list)
- Payment Frequency: Sales proceeds paid twice a week, excluding any applicable costs
- Product Amendments: Up to 100 product amendments per month at no extra charge
- Additional Notes
- Amendments exceeding the monthly limits in each plan may incur additional
- Sellers must notify Globelink of their preferred countries (where applicable) during onboarding or plan upgrade.
- Globelink reserves the right to update the list of supported countries and marketing channels at its discretion.
- Sellers can upgrade or downgrade their plan with 30 days’ written
- Acceptance
By signing or accepting these Terms electronically or in writing, or by uploading products to the Globelink website, the Seller confirms agreement to all terms herein.
